Cooperation from the Venezuelan interest
MVGA favors cooperation with Western democracies and institutions that contribute to recovering freedom, security and productive capacity. Evaluate an international relationship by its results for Venezuela and by the commitments it establishes.
The project expresses political affinity with Donald Trump and Marco Rubio. Celebrate the US intervention of January 2026 as a necessary rupture that opened a transition. That assessment is the opinion of MVGA; claims no official connection, government clearance, or affiliation with the MAGA movement or the Republican Party.
What cooperation should produce
Assistance must strengthen national institutions, restore rights and expand Venezuelan decision-making capacity. Investment needs public conditions, contracts and responsibilities. Security requires a mandate, controls and objectives. Agreements must be able to be examined by those who will assume their consequences.
A transition needs to distinguish announcement, commitment and result. The calendar, freedom of participation and institutional reform must be verified by documents and facts. Affinity with an ally does not grant immunity from that test.
Sovereignty and responsibility
Sovereignty is exercised when a country can protect its population, apply the law, fulfill commitments and decide through legitimate institutions. It also demands accountability. It should not be invoked to cover up repression or used as an excuse to transfer decisions indefinitely outside the country.
The image of Trump as "52nd president of Venezuela" belongs to the symbolic language of the project. It does not represent a Venezuelan position. Any subsequent use must retain that clarification and avoid the appearance of official endorsement that does not exist.
MVGA supports a transition that can end: public objectives, recovery of freedoms and Venezuelan authority with legitimacy. The success of an ally should be measured by the capacity it leaves behind, not by the dependence it prolongs.
